About 4FG

4 Future Generations (4FG) has been in operation since 2015 and was established in New York State, January 2016 by the President and Founder, Kenesha Traynham- Cooper. We are MWBE Certified and offer several business services. 4FG offers business formation and consulting and custom designed professional development training.

Our Services

Civic Engagement

The Civic Engagement workshop, MANIFEST, will ultimately encourage residents of NYC to exercise their rights to vote and make changes in the community. Residents will learn the importance of voting, the different local elected officials’ offices and their duties, the new ranked-choice voting system, and how it all affects the NYC communities. Residents will also learn the basics of creating legislation and policy. This is our chance to allow everyone in the community to contribute to the declination of injustices and the betterment of their community.

Youth Workshop

The Youth workshop, Influencer Elite, is where our youth will learn how to use their creative ideas productively on social media platforms such as YOUTUBE, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, and Facebook. This will bring youth in the community together as well as promote anti-cyber bullying. The workshop, Paint & Play, is an art program instructed by youth while others learn how to paint through peer learning. The workshop, Comic Book Mania takes youth art and publishes it in a collective, self-designed comic book.

Economic Empowerment 1.0

The Economic Empowerment 1.0 workshop, Boss It, will help residents’ career advisement, and job readiness skills:: resume building, professional dress code, professional etiquette, job application assistance, professional social media platforms, and interviewing tools. This workshop will foster economic sustainability.

Economic Empowerment 2.0

The Economic Empowerment 2.0 workshop, Boss It, will help residents with income management/ budgeting, emergency savings tracking, credit repair, retirement, college planning, debt elimination, credit, first-time homeowners programs, and tax preparation. Residents will learn how to become financially responsible and better stewards of their money.

Intergenerational

The Intergenerational workshop, Senior Tech Lab, for seniors and guardians will be led by youth or young adults. Seniors will learn the fundamentals of how to utilize electronic devices such as cellphones, tablets, and laptops. They will learn how to navigate through the device for basic everyday skills such as text messaging and internet usage: Google, Zoom, Meet Up, and email. This workshop is imperative in helping our seniors how to be self-sufficient in today’s society through technology.
